An Initial brief phone consultation is free.
Rates - Office Visits* for Counseling/Therapy & Consultation
$180 per 60-minute session for individual child with or without parents present.
$200 per 60-minute session for families
*office visits are virtual only until further notice.
The fee range for an initial intake consultation (70 to 90 minutes) is $210 to $270
Note: if it is necessary to extend a session, and the time is available, the rate will be prorated at $30/ each 10 minute increment.
Rates - In-home family therapy, behavior intervention, and classroom observations
$240* per 60-minute sesson. Most home based sessions last about 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Note: if additional time is required, it will be prorated at $30/each 10 minute increment )
* there will be an additional surcharge if I must travel outside my immediate area.
Note: At this time, due to COVID-19, I am not making home visits or classroom observations.
Rates - Phone & Web-based Therapy & Consultation sessions*
$180 per 60-minute session. Need less time? Rates can be prorated @ $60 per 20-minute period

Rates - Psychoeducational and diagnostic evaluations
Rates are determined at the time of the consultation and based on nature of the evaluation. Fees range from $4500 to $6800. However, at this time, due to COVID-19 restrictions, I am not conducting face-to-face evaluations, but can consult with your regarding academic/educational concerns.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance. However, I will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fees for counseling/therapy services are available on a short-term basis for college students as well as therapists in training who are accruing required personal therapy hours.
Payment
Payment is due and payable at the time services are rendered. I accept checks, cash, major credit cards, and PayPal.
Note: There is an additional 3.5% charge if you use a credit card to pay for sessions.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel, be sure to do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged the full fee.
